Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm (virtual position) | Office Location: 359 Newbury Street, Boston MA (occasional in person meetings)

D.A.Luxury Travel is an industry top producing, boutique travel firm, designing itineraries for high-net-worth individuals who have “been there done that.” We have the high honor of being on Travel & Leisure’s A List Advisor list and Conde Nast Top Travel Specialists for our niche in “over-the-top” trips. Our team is highly creative, resourceful, and always seeking to take client itineraries to the next level.
Position Overview : The groups coordinator position will be responsible for assisting with planning itineraries, supporting our advisor sales team, securing reservations, and offering high level concierge services, and other travel services, for high-net-worth clients. This position is virtual.
Responsibilities

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with our luxury cruise partners, hotels, DMC’s, and experience providers

Booking Coordination: Handle all travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of travel details

Researches and provides client with area-specific travel information
-
Communication: Primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the planning process
-
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise before or during the trip, demonstrating a proactive approach

Provides a high level of customer service to clients
-
Superb written communication etiquette
-
Prepares tentative plans and suitable alternatives, answers client objections, and closes sale by obtaining client approval

Collects deposits and payment for travel arrangements from clients and confirms all reservations prior to travel

Qualifications
-
Ideally 2+ years in hospitality
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Suite
- Detail oriented a must , along with strong problem solving skills and resourcefulness
- Superb written and verbal communication etiquette

Proven pursuit of learning and self-development

Capability of working independently and in a team environment following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility.

Organizational skills that result in high productivity

Knowledge of destination geography

Ability to develop and nurture positive partner & client relationships
Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience. Base + commission
